Flooring
We have all types of flooring available from fun synthetic grass which is extremely cost effective, as well as providing your guests with a solid tread underfoot, to coconut matting which works either as a simple floor or is ideal for walkways especially if the grass is wet. We also offer a more luxury alternative of a solid wood floor which is recommended for more sophisticated function, especially when ladies will be wearing high heels. Carpet can be easily laid on this wood flooring and is available in a wide range colours.

Chairs
There are any number of chairs to choose from and all come with their own price, it is simply dependant on the style of event you are looking to achieve.  The bistro and banqueting chair are commonly used for dinners, parties and weddings as they look the most stylish and are the most versatile coming in different frame and seat pads colours. For more informal, or smaller budgets, we have garden, conference-style and folding chairs which can be perfect for barn dances or summer parties. Bar stools and garden furniture, such as benches, are also available for hire.

Tables
Whatever your requirements there are a number of table sizes and shapes to suit your event style. For a simple drinks reception high bar tables and poseur tables can be the perfect solution. Whilst the round or square tables (available in 3ft, 4ft, 5’6ft, 6ft) are ideal for dining round and the banqueting tables are useful to serve drinks and food from. The size of table that you will need depends on the size marquee you have as well as how many guests you are trying to seat around each table. Your consultant will be able to help advise you on this.

Power
We will provide you with all your lighting, heating and air conditioning systems and install them in the correct and safe manner that is required. We can advise you on the amount of power that will be required to run your event and supply the necessary generators if required. We can also supply a number of different lighting effects from all colours of the spectrum.

Lighting
Paul Simon Marquees can supply all your lighting requirements, from classical chandeliers, uplighters, pinspots to tables, outside floodlights and kitchen lighting for the caterers, as well as more atmospherical lighting from rope lights to contemporary lighting effects.
